I'm just entering the 3-month mark after thigh fat liposuction. So far, there is no wrinkling or uneven contouring. Still, I do wonder if it would have been better if a little more had been taken out (inner thigh gap), but I think they removed it within a safe range. Rather than the inner thigh gap, the line on the outer thigh/horse-riding area was cleaned up, so my legs look longer.
