I went for a consultation about alar correction surgery. They said it was possible to lift the nostrils because too much of them showed, but when I went to consult other clinics, they said they had never done such a surgery and had never even heard of it, so I was a bit puzzled. Still, the doctor and the consultant were basically kind and unremarkable.
