The consultation manager at this place really ruins the clinic's reputation. The doctor's career and reviews are obvious if you look at the reviews, but the attitude of "this clinic is the best?" was so over the top that it made me even more put off. There was also pressure to reserve, and it was my first consultation clinic so I didn't know better and left a deposit. During the consultation they acted like refunds would be handled casually later, but then replies were insanely slow and they told me to send a photo showing the back of the card completely. I sent it thinking they'd naturally cancel the card, but the actual refund was by bank transfer? What kind of place is this? In the end only the card number and expiration date got leaked ㅋ Card reissue was fun. Thanks, I avoided them well.
