I had a CT scan and then consulted with the doctor. I had a lot of things I wanted to ask, but maybe because he didn’t like my questions, or maybe because he was frustrated, the consultation felt half irritated and half explanatory. When I asked, after seeing the CT, “Is that ㅇㅇ?” I was expecting a yes or no answer, but he sighed and told me not to look at the trees and miss the forest. That wasn’t what I wanted to hear; couldn’t he just say what it was and what it wasn’t? And then he kept saying that answering the same questions every day was exhausting and that the problem was there was too much information on the internet... No, the issue is that even for the same surgery, different hospitals say different things and use different techniques, so of course as a consumer I’m going to research and then want to have surgery after hearing how this hospital does it. It felt like there was no communication at all. It seemed like we weren’t even speaking the same language, and I felt bad, so I decided not to do it here. The explanations themselves were good, the clinic was clean, and there was no pressure to book, which I liked
