The nose consultation was similar to other places, and I was only thinking about my nose, but they brought up other areas and recommended other surgeries or procedures, which made me uncomfortable.. And since I thought it would be better to go bare-faced for the consultation, I really went with nothing on, but they talked about my skin too. I think it would have been better not to bring celebrity photos either.
