I don't know if it was only during the time I went, but the waiting time was way too long when I was there. I had made a reservation and still had to wait........ The delay was so long that I had to push back my next appointment, which annoyed me a bit. The director's consultation itself was thorough and good. Since the consultation was long, I wondered if that was why the waiting room got backed up? He really took his time and explained things well. He looked at the CT scan and explained my condition in an easy-to-understand way, and since I had a crooked nose, he also showed me examples of surgical cases like mine while explaining, which I liked. The staff at the front desk looked busy and were not that friendly. The head coordinator was fairly kind.
