There were so many people waiting for consultations that they started mine a little later than my appointment time, which was disappointing. I hadn’t assigned a doctor when I booked the consultation, but I was glad they looked at my current condition and arranged a consultation with the doctor who was suitable for the surgery I wanted. Even when I asked many questions during the consultation, they answered each one kindly and in detail, so it was a satisfying time. Other than that, there was no pressure at all to add extra surgical areas or rush me into making a reservation, and they only gave me the information and estimate related to the surgery I needed, so it didn’t feel burdensome. Please note that from May they say they will charge a small consultation fee.
