The consultation with the manager was kind, but the consultation with the director was irritating and annoying. There wasn't much explanation about the surgery method, and it was all like, 'We can't do it this way,' 'It might be possible,' 'There's nothing we can do about that,' so I didn't trust it. They pressured me to leave a deposit and said I couldn't get that price if I didn't book today. The hospital and the facilities both felt a bit old-fashioned.
