I have a short nose and my wide nostrils didn’t get fixed with my first surgery, so I looked into revision surgery and ended up getting my revision done here. I wanted a glamorous line, so I visited a few other places that had a similar vibe, but the consultation with the director here was the best, so after thinking about it for about two days I booked a date. Since this was my second surgery, I asked a ton of questions, right? And even though I was a bit blunt, they answered kindly. For the revision, I had osteotomy + short-nose correction + alar reduction together, and used donated rib cartilage as the material. They didn’t push autologous rib cartilage either, so using donated rib was comfortable.
