I went for a consultation in early April. The process was: consultation with the director, then a consultation with Dr. Oh, then a final price consultation again with the director. The reason I decided to go with Onepick was that both the doctor and the director understood my needs well, and they focused on finding eyes that would suit my face naturally and harmoniously rather than making me look artificial or simply saying, "Please give me Cha Eun-woo eyes!" It was my first clinic, so I just left after that. Since I was someone who might or might not come back, I was really moved by how kindly the director treated me until the very end... I work in the same industry too, but since my workplace isn't in Seoul, I thought, "Ah, so everyone in Seoul is this kind..." but after going to other consultations, that clearly wasn't the case ㅋ.. I didn't want to compare, but I couldn't help comparing ㅠ Some places push you to book on the same day while barely giving any discount, but here the director themselves said they also dislike same-day bookings, and they spoke so beautifully too... If your eyes protrude, most places would usually say you have protruding eyes or that they stick out, but the way they said, "You have volume in your eyes~" was another moment that moved me because it sounded so considerate.. My first consultation was at the beginning of the month, and they told me to contact them by the end of the month if I decided to proceed after visiting other places, and that they would help as much as possible with any discount they could manage. Even if it wasn't a huge amount, just saying it like that was so appreciated... I wondered if this was what customer-service delight felt like. More than the surgery itself, I was extremely satisfied with the way they treated me. The doctor's skill is important, of course, but even if I do end up having side effects or not liking the surgery, that kind of communication is entirely with the director, so I think a place that is kind and speaks from the customer's point of view is obviously much better than a place that pushes same-day booking. The quiet atmosphere of the clinic, unlike the crowded market-like feel of other hospitals, also played a big role. I think this part will divide opinions, because some people might think, "Maybe they don't have that many patients," but I heard that Onepick itself doesn't pack the surgical schedule too tightly in a day! It's not a machine, and even in a real factory running machines there are sometimes malfunctions, so for plastic surgery done by people, even if the procedure is easy and the surgeon is skilled, if you do dozens of cases, one of them could still go slightly off... So I made my final decision to choose a place with many cases, but not too many surgeries in a single day! As I keep writing, this is starting to feel like a promotional post, but I finished surgery yesterday, and I'm writing this review while doing cold compresses and getting bored with nothing else to do. Once the stitches are removed and the swelling goes down a bit, I'll come back with a surgery review~! (I had surgery with Dr. Oh Jae-yoon, and the consultation was with Director Bae Gye-yoon)
