I went for a consultation in November 2023. At the time, it was a place that was often mentioned as a revision-surgery specialty clinic, so getting a consultation appointment was intense, and I remember they took reservations for that month on the 1st of every month, but I don't know how the booking system works now. There was no consultation fee! I called around the middle of that month after the 1st, and maybe because there had been a canceled slot, they booked me for a consultation a week later. My previous surgery had been an incision procedure, and I went in because my double eyelid had loosened, I was unhappy with the line, and I had uneven eyes. Since it was famous as a revision clinic, and the reviews were natural, and since I work a desk job I was most worried about swelling, but strangely the people who had surgery here didn't seem to have much swelling after the operation? Seeing how they operate so naturally and with little swelling made me think they were definitely skilled, so I went for a consultation. But as soon as I sat down in the consultation room, they asked me why I wanted revision surgery, haha... When I explained the part I was worried about, they actually said that since it had loosened, it would look more natural, and even if I did it again there wouldn't be much difference, just a difference only I would know. Lower your expectations! They said I should think about whether it was worth doing when there wouldn't be a meaningful change, and whether the cost and time for surgery would be worth it. I started thinking maybe I should just not do a revision and live with it... + If I had surgery here, it probably wouldn't be a disaster at least, but since they couldn't really catch the part I was dissatisfied with, I felt the change would be minimal even if I did it here, so I gave up I had worried a bit because there were many reviews saying the consultation was unfriendly, but they weren't rude or scary... They seemed honest, though. Since they were telling me that revision surgery wouldn't be useful, it was hard to ask anything more there. The estimate was 4.2 million won, and there were no same-day booking discounts, review discounts, or friend referrals at all... I heard from the reviews that there is a cash discount, but I don't know if they still give cash discounts now. This place is where people with very severe eye cases who have gone through many revisions come as a final stop, so it doesn't seem like a place to go for aesthetic improvement. In the reviews, there are also eyes that do benefit. Because many people who come here have bad eye conditions, it seems the director's 기준 for pretty eyes is quite low... Unless it's something really severe, they seem to just send you back. They are good at keeping the original line as is and loosening a deep double-eyelid fixation slightly. Since they operate using the existing line, you have to give up on improving scars. They are conservative about skin excision, so they don't do scar excision. And they only do incision surgery, not buried-suture surgery. If you want to revise the double-eyelid line / are dissatisfied with a slight asymmetry / are bothered by scars, I think it's better to go somewhere else, and if you think your line is too high and strongly fixed, you have sausage eyes / you've had so many revisions that you want this to be the last one / you only need even a slight improvement from your current state, then I recommend going for a consultation. I've seen quite a few reviews posted here and there in the revision-surgery cafe, and the sausage eyes with deep and strong fixation did have dramatic results. Eyes that were very intense became more natural inner double eyelids, which was surprising. It got really long as I wrote it^^... I hope this was helpful!
