First of all, it was a clinic where it was hard to book a consultation. I was lucky enough to get a slot and had a quick consultation, but if I hadn't been able to that day, they said I'd have to wait until around August. The clinic facilities were clean and gave a modern feeling, and the consultation with the manager was not very long, so I could move on to the director's consultation right away. The director asked me to tell them what my concerns were, and then suggested a direction accordingly. Looking at the CT, they explained in detail things like which parts would be difficult, which surgeries would be hard, and how much improvement could be expected. They kept looking at my face and pointing out each detail, which felt very attentive. And when the director showed me photos of surgeries they had performed, I could feel their pride. I wanted a surgery without implants, so I felt the results could be satisfying, and the consultation itself was satisfying. They did recommend autologous rib cartilage for the nose tip, and I liked that they kept saying that implant-free surgery is difficult, but they personally can do it well. However, this is my first revision surgery, and it is too expensive.. so I'm hesitating. If the price had been a bit better, I think I would have done it here.
