The doctor's consultation was ordinary, but my assigned manager was really bad. They explained the surgery themselves in too much detail and were a bit authoritarian, and even after the consultation they kept calling to check whether I'd have the surgery, which was stressful.. If they keep pressing like that, the patient has no choice but to feel pressured, and it seemed like they didn't understand that.
