I had a consultation with Director Kim Ki-wan two years ago. At other hospitals they insisted on alar reduction, but the director didn’t force that at all and instead said that if the tip was extended, the alars would naturally reduce on their own. Another hospital told me to put in silicone, but here was the only place that said I could get by with just the tip. I regret not getting plastic surgery with Director Kim Ki-wan. I ended up needing revision surgery after going somewhere else.
