The doctor looked busy. They’d do consultations in between surgeries. It felt like they were an engineer who could look at your face and immediately give you the answer. They tell you what isn’t possible is not possible, and what is possible is possible. The managers are just cynical... if I put it kindly? I think more people would find them unfriendly. I don’t really care about friendliness, so it wasn’t a negative factor for me. Anyway, the person doing the surgery is the doctor, and skill is what matters. The best result is to have the surgery go well and then have nothing to do with the hospital anymore
