If you want a nose that doesn't look obvious and stays natural, it's worth putting on your list. That said, as mentioned in other reviews, they use silicone and either septal cartilage or ear cartilage for most noses, so if you want other materials, it would be better to go to another hospital. Unusually, this hospital has a 3-year AS, and since it's a large hospital, it's likely to still be around even after 3 years. (It's already been more than 3 years since my surgery, and the hospital is still there.) It doesn't seem like the place for a flashy nose.
