I mentioned several areas I wanted improved, and I liked that they honestly told me that scar tissue would remain but other parts could be improved. I wanted an upper canthoplasty, not an epicanthoplasty, but they said they were basically the same and that my eyes were okay for epicanthoplasty too. Since I was worried that too much of the lacrimal caruncle would show if I had epicanthoplasty, they showed me what it would look like after the procedure and said only that much would be visible, which increased my trust. The doctor was very kind and everything else was good, but it was disappointing that my desired needs would not be improved, and they seemed a bit rushed because they had surgery afterward. The director kept pushing me to book, and was not very kind.
