When I went for the nose surgery consultation, they were kind and explained things well. But there was a mismatch with what I wanted, so I just passed. The consultation seemed thorough, though there were also parts that weren't thorough. Anyway, even though it was on my list, what put me off the most was the chaotic atmosphere.
