The second place I went for a consultation was kind over the phone too, and in person as well. But when I visited, the first desk staff member was more unfriendly than I expected? They seemed brusque, so I was like, huh, and got a CT scan. The consultation fee was 10,000 won. After that, I met the consultation director, then the doctor, then the consultation director again, and both of them were really, really, incredibly kind and explained everything well. Honestly, compared with the place I had just been to right before, I was very satisfied with the consultation side of things. And the doctor pointed out something I had not even thought about, which made me think, as expected, professionals are different. I was very satisfied with the consultation.
