As the reviews said, the consultation felt like being lectured by a professor. It was a consultation based on knowledge because he was good at what he did. He's not the especially warm-and-fuzzy type. Honestly, the cost is on the expensive side compared with other places, but I like it. His style suits me well too, and after reading the reviews, I thought there wouldn't be any disaster. It's the number one place I've been to so far.
