I brought in a celebrity nose I wanted at the consultation, and they said my nose base was similar, so it seemed like it would turn out well. That made me decide to have the surgery, and the result is a line that gives my side profile a pretty close feel to the nose shape I wanted, based on my own original nose. From the front it’s just a little more gathered? The front view is a bit disappointing.. I asked for a natural look, so maybe that’s why. When I take photos myself, it feels like my impression changed a bit from plain to refined, and among people I already knew, about half notice and half think I always looked like this; people seeing me for the first time don’t realize I had surgery.. Anyway, if I went back, I think I’d get nose surgery again. Oh, and when it had been one or two weeks after surgery, the area between my eyebrows was very swollen, and the doctor told me to come in every day, so I got antibiotic treatment and things like that. I liked that kind of response. If you do it here, I think it’d be better to ask for a more glamorous result.
