The facilities were clean and nice. The director was kind, and the clinic director was kind too. I saw a post on a community and booked a visit without thinking, so I couldn't choose a doctor, but you can choose one if you want. Ask when booking, and ask again when you arrive. I consulted with Director Oh. They did a nose surgery CT scan and explained things while showing me the CT-based images! But when I had my consultation here, I didn't know my septum was weak, so they just... gave me a general nose surgery consultation without mentioning that part. So they said they would use silicone and ear cartilage. But now that I know my septum is very weak... hehe, I want to get another consultation. Because I felt like this place would be the best at matching the customer's needs. They explained everything I wanted to know without leaving anything out... It felt like they wouldn't just leave out what the patient wants...? That can be a disadvantage or an advantage... I just felt like they would reflect my opinions a lot! The director didn't seem to have a rigid style of what they absolutely pursue, and it felt like they could move between glamour and naturalness according to the customer's needs, so my expectations for surgery were highest here haha. I'll tell them about my condition in more detail again and plan to get another consultation.
