I got facial fat removal last summer. I had fat grafting that over-incorporated, so I got fat removal for the sagging part of the front cheekbone and for my double chin. When I watched him on YouTube, the doctor seemed very kind and cheerful, but in real life he was a bit cold. I could feel pride and confidence in his technique and skill. At other hospitals I visited, they said the front cheekbone is a special area and the maximum was 2 cc per side, which was such a small amount it was almost not worth removing; another place said that if there are foreign materials like Sculptra in the front cheekbone, it would be hard to remove. But the Fresh doctor said none of that mattered and that he could remove it. On the day of surgery, I only saw the doctor for the design, and he was still so cold that I was actually a little scared to talk to him.. It felt strange that communication had to keep going only through the consultation manager. After I woke up from sedation, I came to in a room like a little side chamber by myself, and the doctor didn’t even bother with polite remarks like how many cc he removed, that the surgery went well, or to take care of the compression garment. The consultation manager saw me off. The surgery result itself is satisfying. Because they make a small incision at the corner of the lip to remove fat from the front cheekbone, the nerve between the corner of my lip and my front cheekbone stayed numb for almost half a year. Even now, the left corner of my lip doesn’t seem like the sensation has fully returned. The double chin turned out really well. It seems like they don’t remove too much. It seems like this is not a place where I could build rapport with the doctor, so even if they do a good job, I don’t think I’ll go back..
