The director and the manager were both professional and nice. They answered my questions well, gave me confidence, and seemed confident themselves, so I felt at ease. I was recommended ear cartilage membrane, but that was only suggested by this clinic, so I'm conflicted. The cost is on the high side too, but.. even so, I think it's a clinic that makes me want to consider it. I need to think more
