I went in for treatment because of facial fat, especially because I was really deliberating over my double chin, and it was definitely reduced after the injection. I had no effect from masseter Botox, but the blind-date injection worked well. I recommend it for people with a lot of fat. It is a factory-style dermatology clinic, so everyone seemed overwhelmed and I was led around wherever they called me. There was a bit of a wait. The consultation was detailed, and they recommended the dosage too. They did suggest additional treatments somewhat. The swelling was not extremely severe like with other fat-dissolving injections; it was just mildly swollen and went down within an hour or two. It hurt more than Botox, but it was bearable.
