The doctor is kind. They speak in a way that uses phrases like “I...” The consultation manager is kind too. I went for a consultation because I was intrigued by the surgical method described on the doctor's blog and by reviews saying that it naturally reduces a bulbous nose using fat from the bulbous nose area, while still allowing a piggy nose after surgery. However, during the consultation, we concluded that I would need the tip of my nose lifted in the conventional way to achieve what I wanted. Using the method offered here would reduce it naturally, but it would not improve the columella or solve the appearance of a protruding mouth… They showed me before-and-after photos, and the results varied from person to person… In particular, someone who had scar tissue on the nose had no improvement at all, whereas someone with a high nasal bridge and a hump did show improvement. But I felt that it would not be enough for me.
