I don’t recommend nose filler. I was debating whether to get thread or filler, but I chose filler because they said if you plan to have nose surgery later, the threads would be counted as part of a revision. But it sagged and ended up looking like an avatar, so I think I had it removed just a few months later The wait time was too long too.
