The consultation was delayed, so I waited over 30 minutes. No CT scan. The director was the most conservative one out of all the hospitals I visited so far. For the conditions I wanted, he said that if I expected a dramatic effect and went ahead with surgery, I'd be in trouble. He even said this is a place where people come to be talked out of surgery. That made the fact that they do things safely stand out. The manager had a bit of a strong vibe and was slightly scary. It didn't feel rude, though.
