I had my first nose surgery 5 years ago, but as soon as the splint came off, the tip of my nose sagged,,,It feels like it was my own fault for being too greedy. I was teased for having a witch nose. They said the columella support was weak, and the surgeon was originally a breast surgeon, but they have now opened a different clinic. I had it made insanely high, so I do have some hope that my nose will stretch well when I have revision surgery next.
