It’s been about a year and a half, and I also had the pins removed. Pros - The hospital facilities are clean and give the feeling that they would do safe surgery. I chose this place because it didn’t seem like they would toy with someone’s life.. - The staff are kind. - The aftercare is good. Cons - During the consultation, they did talk about quantitative details, but there was no mention of design, so I went into surgery without confidence about how my face would change, which was disappointing That’s partly my fault for not asking more. - As other reviews mention, the doctor is a bit of a sensitive type, so both the manager and the patient end up feeling a bit on edge in this strange situation..! - During surgery, I accidentally got a cut near the corner of my mouth, but no one told me what had happened. So I had to ask first, which was disappointing (that was the most painful part during recovery) Overall, I was mostly satisfied with the surgery, so I even completed pin removal. But I ended up with a slightly cucumber-like appearance (originally it was heart-shaped), and I can’t tell whether that was unavoidable or not, but in the end I was disappointed that there was no mention or consultation about this part.
