They recommended incisional surgery and eye-opening correction, and they did recommend them more strongly than I had expected. I was thinking of a non-incisional method if possible, so I'm torn. The doctor wasn't exactly super friendly, but they explained everything that was needed, so I think it's fine at this level. But the price doesn't seem cheap, so I'm still debating.
