From the very first consultation, the atmosphere was much more comfortable than the three places I had visited before, and the friendly response naturally built trust. More than anything, even though the cost was much more reasonable, it wasn’t just because it was cheap; the trust I felt during the consultation process and the doctor’s relaxed atmosphere made me feel certain before I even heard the price that ‘I should do it here.’ The result was truly satisfying. While looking at other people’s post-op reviews and seeing that the swelling wasn’t severe, I thought, ‘The hand skills must be good,’ and even though my case was a little difficult, I hardly had any swelling. I was worried my eyes might become too small, so I wondered whether I should do lovely canthoplasty too, but they explained in detail why it would be better not to, and recommended against it, which actually made me trust them even more.
