The director was kind and explained everything that needed to be explained in a calm, careful way. I went for consultations at several places, but this was the most detailed explanation by far. Still, they recommended fat removal, which other places had not recommended, so I was a little like, huh? But I still felt fairly confident in them. The manager was the kindest manager I have ever seen. It seems like a decent, solid place.
