This was the most detailed consultation I've had so far. They kept touching my nose and tried shaping it repeatedly. I think they were careful and told me honestly that they can't do what can't be done. They said that after a nose surgery, any asymmetry or crooked-looking part could become more noticeable than it is now. I said I wanted the side view by the nostril to not be visible, but they said it was impossible. They said the septum was large enough that using only the septum might be enough. I liked that they only do one surgery a day. The consultation manager was very confident. They said this is a nose case they do a lot at their clinic. They recommended osteotomy.
