First I went there on time and waited, but the waiting time was way too long. The consultation was only about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours... I was expecting the director, who came in late, to look at me in more detail and spend more time with me, but... it felt like he was being too perfunctory. It was my first consultation, and whenever I asked something, he seemed to pressure me or look like he didn't like it. I think there was also some overtreatment.
