The consultation was very kind, but maybe because it was during the peak of COVID, they didn't have me remove my mask and look at my whole face during the consultation. I have quite a bit of eyelid fat, so they recommended partial-incision surgery with fat removal, and also recommended epicanthoplasty. I don't think it's excessive.
