1. After nose surgery at a one-doctor clinic famous for noses in Daegu, I ended up with a huge man's nose, and the columella actually got pulled inward, which was painful. 2. After removal at ㅅㅇ, which is famous for removals in Nonhyeon, Gangnam, the columella should have been straight in an L shape when viewed from below, but it was bent in a C shape, and from the front the nostril area around the columella should have been U-shaped, but it looked like |/. The one-sided nasal blockage was also severe. The hump correction wasn't done at all, so from the front the bridge looked diamond-shaped. The scar was also severe. The nasal tip kept getting lower. Even so, the stress from having a man's nose with silicone in it was worse, and because my overall impression had returned to my small, round original nose, I ignored the flaws and lived with them. Then what I thought was scar tissue on the columella started bulging out more and more and itching. I even covered my nose with my hand when my child looked at it from below, and when I went for massages I tilted my head to the side so they wouldn't see the columella. The mental stress got so bad that I thought, ah, I really didn't want surgery, but now it's time. 3. What I thought was scar tissue was actually the alar cartilage protruding because it had been damaged, and that was why the columella had bent into a C shape. They said they would build a support by layering the alar cartilage like a sandwich with ear cartilage, and they showed me photos of cases similar to mine. I had already asked about it a few times on the blog and went in with almost a settled mind, so I confirmed this place. I was happy with the surgery result. The doctor disinfected everything and explained the progress every time I came for follow-up, which was good. The messy columella with scar tissue is now only left with some pigmentation at the incision line, so I'm satisfied. At the ENT clinic they said my columella was too thin, which used to be a complex for me After removal, the thin, weak C-shaped columella that had been pressed downward straightened to a normal thickness, so I'm satisfied. The hump was also refined well, so it doesn't stick out sharply from the side anymore and looks smoother, and these days a short, thick bridge looks younger than a thin bridge, and it also balances the midface length, so I'm satisfied! Surprisingly, my nasal congestion got much better too. To be honest, before surgery I didn't mention that I had nasal congestion because I was afraid that if it got worse later, they'd pick on that. But it's amazing that the congestion improved so much that I don't even have to lie on one side anymore, so sleeping is happy now. There are posts saying the facilities are not great, but it's just that it isn't flashy or ultra-modern inside. If you go in, the interior is very clean and neat. I don't think you need to worry about the facilities haha Any hospital has satisfied and dissatisfied patients, but I also saw a lot of comments saying this place produced a lot of scar tissue and talking about aesthetics and so on. Still, for people who truly want their original natural nose, or people who only want improvement of external side effects caused by earlier surgery on a natural nose, I really recommend it. If you expect too much improvement while doing removal or revision of a botched nose, you could end up with side effects instead. I only asked them to improve the really bothersome bad parts, and maybe because they work mainly with people like me who failed before(?), I think they did a really good job, so I'm satisfied. Since it's ear cartilage, I don't know how it will be in the future, but even if a problem comes up later, compared with the hospitals that operated before and then left me to deal with it and shifted responsibility, this place seems more honest and more willing to listen to the patient.
