I had a consultation in this order: manager -> director -> manager. The director gives a quote and briefly explains the surgery method on paper. After that they take questions right away, and since I did not have many questions, the consultation ended quickly. They answer questions well without seeming annoyed. That said, the director seemed to have a clear philosophy about noses, so I think it would be a good fit for someone who matches that.
