There were many foreigners and I went there for laser hair removal. The consultation was done while pointing out the things I needed. It felt a bit like they were just trying to sell me things, and the hospital staff were unfriendly too. I don't really know why there were so many foreigners. I don't think I'll ever go again. I regret it.
