The manager was just okay. She answered all the questions, but she wasn’t especially friendly. The director was extremely kind and, even though he must have been busy, he carefully answered all my questions too (Director Oh). And he clearly told me what he recommended and what he did not recommend, which made me trust him. I was glad because he spent more than 30 minutes consulting with me properly.
