It was quite a while ago, but I went in for a consultation for my first eye surgery. Out of about 8 clinics I visited, this was the only one that recommended a lateral canthoplasty. My eyes were small, but since it was the first time a clinic suggested it before I did, I worried about it a lot. In the end I had surgery at another clinic, and that clinic didn't even bring up lateral canthoplasty at all.
