I went for a consultation about rhinoplasty after a crooked nose and double jaw surgery, and both the director and the manager were kind. Especially at this hospital, they used a model of the nose and attached it to my nose, so I could see how much of an increase in the tip height would produce what kind of shape, which I liked. There wasn't as much explanation about functional aspects as at other hospitals, but they explained my concerns about side effects and the shape really well, so it left an impression.
