The people at the front desk were at least? kind, but I waited about 20 minutes??? and then consulted with the manager, and the way she explained things had even less expertise than I did, so I felt drained and thought I'd die from how much time I was wasting. They had absolutely no understanding or foundation about surgery, and the doctor didn't give any particularly detailed explanation either, just kind of glossed over everything. And absurdly, they quoted a price that was ridiculously expensive.
