The doctor was kind enough, but the consultation with the manager was the worst. Instead, the manager at this hospital kept saying that the area that should be operated on doesn't need to be done, kept saying I should keep getting procedures, and kept saying that’s how it’s done, saying only ridiculous things, ignoring what the customer said, insisting on only her own opinion, speaking as if she were right, and looking down on the customer as a person.
