I went after making a reservation, but I still had to wait for an hour. They told me to go upstairs, so I thought it would start right away, but that wasn’t the case, and they just put me in the consultation room and made me wait another 30 minutes. Finally I met Director Yoon, and the director seemed skilled. My nose is difficult, but he identified all the problems right away. He was also reasonably kind. The director is good, but the staff’s attitude is not great. And they didn’t do a CT scan either.
