I was drawn in by the overall clean facility and the fact that the surgery would be performed by a single doctor. There was a bit of a wait to see the doctor, maybe about 20 minutes? Then I met the doctor. In the consultation room, he looked at my photos and my actual eyes and pointed things out well. The part I was worried about was the effect, and... he said that I wasn’t a dramatic case. Still, I booked the surgery after he said it would come down. The actual surgery time felt short, and I rested well before being discharged. Right afterward, the pulling sensation was intense.. Personally, the discomfort from periosteal fixation lasted a long time. Because of the anesthesia I couldn’t feel pain, just a stinging sensation... It got better after taking medicine The most uncomfortable parts were the foreign-body sensation, swelling, and pulling feeling For almost one or two months, I kept paying attention to my eye expression. I couldn’t yawn wide The pulling was severe, and I was scared it might reverse... I mostly went around bare-faced wearing only glasses As for the big result, right after surgery it looked like it had dropped a lot! Once the swelling went down and I saw it after I had fully recovered, the change was very natural It seems like it went down a little compared to before, and I could feel a subtle difference But it doesn’t seem like a change that other people would notice Up to two or three months later, the incision mark was still small but visible. Still, it was almost unnoticeable, so I was relieved. Since my eyes were naturally sunken and not originally very lifted, it may be subtle compared to other people... I dislike looking like I had surgery, so overall I’m satisfied.. I hope it doesn’t loosen
