The consultation director must also have a lot of experience, because the explanation was very detailed. I liked that they checked the amount of extra skin first, too. The doctor came in, asked about the surgery direction and what I wanted improved, and recommended materials that would suit my nose skin. The wait wasn't long, and the consultation happened quickly.
