I was worried because it was a non-fixed zygoma, but 11 months later the bone has healed well and I am very satisfied. I was in quite a bit of pain after surgery I couldn't eat properly for a month after the surgery, so I lost weight. Compared to other cheekbone reduction surgeries, I think there will be less cheek sagging. But I still have lingering internal swelling on one side of my face, which makes me a little sad. They said it was scar tissue. Still, I'm satisfied because the cheekbones that I had worried about all my life have been reduced.
