The wait wasn't very long and the staff were friendly. The facilities were good too. During the consultation, they spoke confidently about the surgery, but they didn't examine or explain things in detail, which was a bit disappointing. At other places, they recommended ptosis correction, but here they said I didn't need it, so that was a bit tempting.
