I went to this plastic surgery clinic looking into nose surgery, but the doctor firmly told me that I would be better off not having nose surgery. He said that if I raised the bridge of my nose, it would ruin the proportions of my face. Instead, he recommended the sagging bulldog-like fat underneath, because that was having the biggest impact on my impression. Honestly, nose surgery is more expensive, so I even thought maybe he was being honest by recommending the cheaper one. The surgery was done neatly without any problems, and my impression does seem better now. Still, I did wonder whether I had decided to remove the deep cheek fat too quickly without studying it enough. The doctor has a relaxed, uncle-like feeling, and seems not to overtreat.
